Given the rampant election cheating exposed in other states, it is very likely Minnesota's elections are also filled with cheating.
With mail-in ballots it is easy for cheaters to add counterfeit ballots to the total, especially with little signature verification. The counterfeit ballots could be linked to a voter ID of a person who never voted, or a fake voter ID.
With voting tabulators connected to the internet, it is impossible to be certain that the vote count is not altered by Malware insertion.
Heavy Republican precincts could have candidates' victory margins lowered (say from 68% win to 52% win). The local candidates win, but statewide candidates lose the votes they would need to win statewide races.
Minnesota ranks in the bottom (#42) of the 50 states with respect to election integrity. Minnesota is very weak in enforcing Voter ID and has no methods of citizenship verification.
Here are a few news stories showing potential MN election cheating:
Parts of Minnesota use Dominion Voting Tabulators which were shown in Federal Court to be hackable, allowing vote totals and election records to be altered. Link
Dominion Voting Tabulators used (non-certified, non-tested) software in 2020 and 2022 elections, and left the security keys unprotected and available. (Unauthorized people could read and alter the election results.) Link
Minnesota Election Rolls are Filled with Fraudulent Voters (5% fake). Link Video Link
An undercover video from 2020 showing a Minneapolis “ballot broker” boasting about keeping hundreds of absentee ballots in his car trunk. He brags about them being filled in by people other than the voters. Often, money changes hands. Witnesses tie the rampant fraud to Rep. Ilhan Omar's campaign. Link to Video
Minnesota 2022 Election Questions are rampant, but little to no investigation has been done.
Minnesota 2020 Election Failed to meet state legal requirements and was likely Fraudulent.
Over 700,000 Mailed Ballots were never tied to a voter registration as required by law. (Cheaters could send in multiple ballots that would have been counted)
Example: In the MN House 56A, More Votes than Voters should have nullified the election result.
