Voter Roll Algorithm

A disturbing trend has been uncovered where most states vote totals and registered voters follow a repeating demographic curve based on census data.

It is highly suspicious when an age of voters (45 year-olds for example) vote in the same percentage in every county in a state. The turnout numbers should vary.

This curve could be used by cheaters to create votes by non-voters or fake voters.
